29-year-old to become the youngest Grandfather ever!

A 29-year-old man is all set to become Britain's youngest grandfather, as his 14-year-old daughter has become pregnant. The man, whose identity is being kept anonymous to protect his young daughter, said "It's like history repeating itself.

I quite like the idea of being the youngest grandad in Britain, but at the same time I'm fuming that she is pregnant," he was quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.

"I don't feel like a granddad. I've not got grey hair and my hearing is top notch," said the man, speaking from his home in South Wales.

The man admitted he became a father back when he was just 15. His own mother, who is now 47, is excited about the prospect of being a great-grandmother.

"She was 18 when she had me. She was shocked when I told her the news, but she is happy now," he said.

Recap - 18+15+14 = 47 (+18 assuming the new born will be father/mother at the age of 18) = 65 years of age (becoming a Great Great Grand mother)

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook had his fan page hacked!

Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook fan page has been hacked. The hacker has posted a message calling on the company to transform into a "social business".

The message, posted on Facebook from Mark Zuckerberg's account, was removed quickly together with the corresponding fan page, but not quickly enough to go by unnoticed. In the process, the message has received more than 1800 likes and hundreds of comments.

The message read: "Let the hacking begin: If facebook needs money, instead of going to the banks, why doesn't Facebook let its users invest in Facebook in a social way? Why not transform Facebook into a 'social business' the way Nobel Prize winner Muhammad Yunus described it? What do you think? #hackercup2011?

Facebook still has made no official statement about the incident, but if Zuckerberg's fan page was indeed hacked, it is a big deal.

Many will be asking questions like, if the Facebook CEO can't keep his Facebook account safe from intruders, who can?

The monk was freed after being charged with numerous charges including, theft and desecrating the dead. He was also suspended from his monastic duties for the three coming months for going away without leave, police said!

Thousands of turtle doves drop dead from the sky in Italy in latest bizarre mass animal deaths.

Thousands of turtle doves have rained down from the skies on an Italian town in the latest mass animal deaths sweeping the world.

The bodies of the birds, with a mysterious blue tinge to their beaks, crashed down on roofs of homes and cars in Faenza, near Ravenna in northern Italy.

For the last five days wildlife experts and officers from the forestry commission have picked up more than 1,000 turtle doves as well as other birds including pigeons.

Today alone 300 corpses were recovered with all of them having a blue tinge to their beaks which scientists say indicates poisoning or hypoxia which is lack of oxygen which can confuse animals.

The incident comes after a series of similar cases across the world in the United States and Sweden.

It is not just birds that have been affected with millions of dead fish also washing up on river banks and coastlines in Arkansas and Texas as well as in New Zealand.

The turtle dove case is the largest incident to have hit Europe so far.

In Sweden 50 jackdaws were found dead - and Italian officials said they expected results from tests on Monday.

Most of the birds have been found around an industrial estate on the outskirts of Faenza but others have also been found closer to the centre in trees and on roads and pavements.

Today Massimo Bolognesi, of the local World Wildlife Federation, said: "We first started getting reports on Sunday and since then they have been coming in every day.

"We have collected more than 1,000 turtle doves corpses but there is also the odd pigeon as well and all of them have this blue tint to their beak which could indicate poisoning or hypoxia.

"Tests are being carried out on the bodies by the local forestry commission and we should get the results next week but it's the numbers that make this such a notable event and for the moment it is a mystery."

Mr Bolognesi added that the majority of the birds had been found close to the industrial estate and especially close to a factory that produces animal feed.

He said: "To connect it to the industrial estate would be too easy - it's been there for years and although we have found the odd bird there from time to time the numbers have never been as high as this.

"There is also the possibility that they could have been affected elsewhere and just gathered here to die there could be many factors here that we just don't know about."

Mr Bolognesi added that the dead birds were also a health risk and asked people who found them in the streets not to put them in bins but to call the local authorities.

Dr Anna Mazzini, of the local forestry commission who is carrying out the tests, said: "We are carrying out tests and we will get the results next week. To link it to other cases around the world is far fetched it is just a coincidence.

"My opinion is that it is probably food poisoning which can cause the beaks to turn blue and the fact it is mainly turtle doves makes me think it is an illness or reaction specific to that breed."

Today one local newspaper covering the incident wrote: "Let's hope it is poisoning or an illness because that would be easier to deal with than it being a sign the world is coming to an end."

40,000 dead crabs washed up on Kent coastline

After the 1,000 dead birds, here we are with 40 times the toll this time, crabs. More than 40,000 Devil crabs were found along beaches along with dead starfish, lobsters, sponges and anemones.

Experts believe the crabs died from hypothermia after the UK’s coldest December in 120 years. The crab deaths are the latest in a series of mass animal deaths all around the world.

Apart from the dead birds we have reported, there have been also thousands of dead fish which have been found floating in a creek, Florida. While in Texas 200 American Coots were discovered dead.

Same situation in a different country. In Brazil, 100 tons of sardine, catfish and croakers have been wash up dead near Parangua.

In Sweden, something like 50 birds have been found dead in a street in the city of Falkoping.

Back in the UK, bookies are taking bets on which country will face the next animal 'Apocalypse'.

1,000 Blackbirds drop dead in sky above US town!

MORE than 1,000 blackbirds have dropped dead while flying over a town.

Wildlife officials think they may have been struck by lightning or hail, or they may have died from stress caused by New Year’s Eve fireworks.

The flock fell in a mile-square area on Friday in Beebe, Arkansas.

Wildlife officer Robby King collected about 65 dead birds, to be sent for testing to the state’s Livestock and Poultry Commission lab and the National Wildlife Health Center lab in Wisconsin.

Ornithologist Karen Rowe doubted the birds were poisoned as they showed physical trauma.

She said birds have died like this elsewhere but tests were inconclusive.
